The service
MapInCheck provides minimum advertised price (MAP) monitoring software for brands, including catalog scanning, evidence capture, reseller organization, and outreach tools. The service is provided on a subscription basis, and trial workspaces may be approved manually during sales or onboarding.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for business use by you and the team seats included in your plan.
Trials, billing, and cancellation
- Trial access, when offered, is approved manually and may include scan, product, and search-credit limits.
- Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance and include the limits shown on the pricing page.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree to use MapInCheck only to monitor products and listings relevant to your own brand or brands you are authorized to represent, and in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the sites being monitored.
Your data
You retain ownership of the catalog, reseller, and evidence data in your workspace. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Disclaimers
Monitoring results depend on third-party sites and may contain gaps or mismatches. MapInCheck provides tooling and records, not legal advice; MAP enforcement decisions and communications remain your responsibility, and we recommend consulting counsel on your MAP policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapInCheck is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the application before they take effect.
